TEN I-Spy Mysteries along the CicLAvia Route – CONTEST!

The TEN-TEN-TEN Ten lists continue… but today it’s your turn to tell us! Below are ten photos below of things along the October 10th 2010 CicLAvia route – shown above. Most of them are directly immediately on the CicLAvia route street, some may be in/on a site/building on the route, but not actually facing the route (for example, LaFayette Park is on the route, and we could have included an image of something anywhere in the park.) 

We’ve cropped the photos tightly, and some of them might be tilted, sideways or even upside down… but they’re all somewhere along the route. If you think you can tell where many of these are, email us your best guesses by next week –  Tuesday September 7th, and you could win a CicLAvia t-shirt! Full contest rules below.

How the contest works: 

• One entry per person.
• Entry deadline is 5pm Tuesday, September 7th, 2010.
• Email your list of the locations of each of these photos to CicLAviaVolunteer [at] gmail.com 
• Be specific! “That restaurant across from MacArthur Park” is too vague and will be rejected. “Langer’s at 7th and Alvarado” is great. “Langer’s Delicatessen and Restaurant at 704 South Alvarado Street” is perfect!
• Earliest email that has all 11 locations correct wins a CicLAvia T-shirt and a CicLAvia button. If no entry has all 11 locations correct, the entry with the most correct locations wins. If there’s a tie, then the tie entry received earliest wins.
• We’ll notify the winner via email.
• We may put some hints in the comments as the deadline gets closer – if you’re stumped on an image or a couple of images, use comments to ask us for hints.
