Announcing: Four Cool New Collectible CicLAvia Buttons!

There’s a mysterious new CicLAvia button in town. Four of them actually. The CicLAvia blog has seen them… they’re handsome, fashionable, dare we say collectible… designed by CicLAvia’s own Colleen Corcoran, of course, and Joe Prichard. And you’ll just have to take our word for it… because we’re not allowed to show them to you in advance of this Sunday 4.10.2011 CicLAvia (or the bosses would take down this blog article – really quickly!)

There’s a separate button for each rest stop: Hollenbeck Park, City Hall, MacArthur Park, and Hel-Mel Bicycle District. The four designs reflect the specific character of the communities at each of these sites.

You can only see the button design when you visit each rest stop on the route. The cost: a mere $2 each, and if you buy three, we’ll throw in the fourth free no charge! And your purchase supports keeping CicLAvia free for all Angelenos. Get your buttons early, because they’ll probably sell out.

CicLAvia is free and welcome to all… but, if you’re up for it, we really do recommend bringing some money – to purchase buttons and t-shirts, to buy yummy foods, drinks, deserts, guitars, jewelry, bridal dresses, football kits, lake photos, kimonos, haircuts, and more deserts along the way!
