CicLAvia isn’t all about BIKES but it just seems that way! Here are a few notes on some of the BIKEY things at CicLAvia this Sunday:

> We’re looking for a few more bicycling volunteers – if you’ve got basic repair skills, consider being one of our Route Angels. You’ll be riding specific sections of route for a 2-hour shift, helping out. Details here.

> If you’re thinking of riding to CicLAvia – check out the growing list of feeder rides – from West L.A., Culver City, Beverly Center, Eagle Rock, Highland Park, Burbank, UCLA… if you don’t see a location near you – add a comment and start your own!

> There are a few organized rides happening inside CicLAvia: MidDay Ridazz kids ride and LACBC’s casual 7-mile CicLAvia cruise – costumes recommended!

> Here are some fun bikey spectacles to look forward to on the route this Sunday:

The Bumpin' Bici - mobile rhythm and rhyme with Xicana Multimedia Artist Felicia Montes

And how about this 4-wheeler?

A fine velocipede - created by Steve Craig
